Shipping Policy

Where your order goes, how long it takes, and what it costs. Every Fltextile parcel ships tracked, and orders over $80 USD ship free, worldwide.

Every piece is packed by hand from our studio in Pinellas Park, FL. We want your scarf, wrap or pocket square to arrive quickly, in perfect condition, and with no surprises along the way. This page explains exactly how that happens.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days(Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Once your parcel leaves us, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.

During launch periods, sales and peak seasons, processing can take an extra day or two. If anything will be delayed beyond the windows below, we’ll email you directly.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery windows below are in addition to the 1–2 day processing time and are counted in business days from dispatch. Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and can vary with customs, weather and local conditions.

  • United States: 3–6 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of world: 8–16 business days

Shipping costs & free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order, and the exact amount is shown before you pay. We charge in USD only.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $80 USD or more ship free, anywhere in the world. The threshold is calculated on the value of items before any taxes or duties, and after any discounts have been applied.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we’ll send the tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear in the carrier’s system.

Customs duties & import taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority, not by Fltextile, and they are not included in the price you pay us or in your shipping cost.

Charges vary by country and are typically collected by the carrier on delivery, or before release of the parcel. If a parcel is refused or returned to us because import charges were unpaid, any return-transit costs may be deducted from your refund. If you’re unsure what you might owe, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered, and we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left the studio. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away at support@fltextile.shop — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the original shipping cost is paid again.

Lost or delayed parcels

Occasionally a parcel is held in transit or delayed by the carrier. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window above, please get in touch and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll resend your order or issue a full refund — your choice. We ask that you contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date so we can act while the carrier’s claim window is still open.
