The accent that finishes the look.
Fltextile is a small, independent accessories house built on a simple belief: the right scarf does more for an outfit than almost anything else you can buy. We design and finish each piece with the patience that idea deserves.

A small thing that changes everything
A plain coat, a white shirt, a worn pair of jeans — add one well-made silk square and the whole outfit reorganises itself around it. The accent becomes the point.
We started Fltextile in Pinellas Park, Florida, because we kept reaching for the same idea and finding it badly made — thin polyester pretending to be silk, prints that cracked after a wash, edges that frayed within a season. So we built the opposite. Everything is produced in small batches, considered rather than churned out, and held to the standard of something you keep for years rather than weeks.
We are a single, focused house. We do not chase every trend or flood the calendar with drops. We release a tight collection of pieces we genuinely want to wear, and we stand behind each one.
“Buy fewer, better things — then wear them in every way you can imagine.”

Our materials
We are specific about fabric because the fabric is the product. A print is only as good as the cloth it sits on.
Mulberry silk, 14 momme
Our scarves are cut from long-fibre mulberry silk woven to a 14-momme weight. Momme is the old silk-trade measure of density — the higher the number, the more silk per square metre. At 14 momme a square has genuine drape and a soft, light-catching sheen, yet stays fluid enough to knot small without bulk.
Breathable cotton & blends
Our wraps and bandanas use combed cotton chosen for breathability and an easy, lived-in hand. For colder weather we blend fine wool with a touch of cashmere — warm without weight, and soft enough to wear against the neck all day.
Hand-rolled edges
Every silk hem is rolled and finished by hand rather than machine-flatlocked. It is slow work, and it is the detail that lets a scarf fall and recover its shape season after season. Run a thumb along the edge and you can feel the difference.
Natural fibres ask for a little care in return, and we would rather be honest about that than oversell. Silk prefers a cool hand wash or dry clean and a cool iron on the reverse; cotton is forgiving and only gets better with age. Treated kindly, these pieces outlast trends — see our care guidance in the style guide.
Responsible & original by design
Every print Fltextile sells is an original, drawn in-house. That is a point of craft pride, and it is also a line we will not cross.
Our patterns are developed from public-domain sources — classical geometry, botanical illustration, archival abstract art — and reworked into compositions that are ours alone. We deliberately do not imitate, reference, or borrow the codes of any luxury house. We are an independent brand, and we would rather be quietly original than loudly derivative. If a motif looks familiar, it is because nature and geometry are shared inheritance, never because we copied a name.

Original in-house design
Drawn from public-domain motifs and finished as compositions that belong only to Fltextile. No house, no name, no copy — ever.
Thoughtful sourcing
We choose real fibres and reliable mills over the cheapest possible cloth, and keep batches small so nothing is over-produced.
Longevity over fast fashion
We design pieces to be kept, repaired, and re-worn. Honest care guidance ships with that intent — built to last, not to be replaced.
Wear something made to last.
