1. Introduction and acceptance

This website is operated by FASHION TEXTILE OF FLORIDA LLC (“Fltextile”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a limited liability company based in the State of Florida, USA. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://fltextile.shop, together with any content, functionality and products offered through it.

By browsing the site, creating an order, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. At checkout you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms before your order can be completed; that confirmation forms a binding agreement between you and FASHION TEXTILE OF FLORIDA LLC.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. The products

Fltextile designs and sells original-design textile accessories, including silk scarves, cotton wraps, printed bandanas, pocket squares and related goods. Every print and pattern is created in-house and is the original work of FASHION TEXTILE OF FLORIDA LLC. We make every effort to display the colours, textures and detail of our products accurately, but the way they appear to you depends on your screen, device and settings. Slight variation between the on-screen image and the item you receive is normal and is not a defect.

Because our accessories are made from natural and printed textiles, minor differences in cut, weave and print placement may occur between individual pieces. These characteristics are part of the handcrafted nature of the goods rather than faults.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any taxes, duties or shipping charges unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, product descriptions and availability at any time without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout.

3. Orders and payment

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, where a product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will refund the amount charged.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. These providers are PCI-DSS compliant and handle your card and account details on their own systems. Fltextile never receives or stores your full card number or other complete payment credentials. Depending on the method you choose, your card or bank statement will display the descriptor FLTEXTILE ACCESSORY against the charge.

You are responsible for any sales tax, import duties, customs fees or other charges that may apply to your order under the laws of your delivery destination. Where required, applicable taxes will be shown before you confirm payment; duties levied on import are generally collected by the carrier or local authority and are payable by you.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Processing times, carriers, delivery estimates and shipping rates are described in full on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on the carrier and on customs clearance in the destination country. Risk of loss for the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

We want you to be delighted with your accessories. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in their original, unworn condition. Full instructions, conditions and the refund process are set out on our Returns page.

Please note the following exceptions, which apply for hygiene and made-to-order reasons:

• Custom-printed or personalised items made specifically to your order are non-returnable, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
• Opened items where a hygiene seal has been broken cannot be returned once that seal is removed.
• Items returned outside the return window, or showing signs of wear, washing or damage caused after delivery, may be refused or partially refunded.

You may cancel an order at no charge at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at support@fltextile.shop. Once an order has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for return under the policy above.

6. Intellectual property

All prints, patterns, designs, photography, text, graphics, logos, the Fltextile name and every other element of this site are the original work and property of FASHION TEXTILE OF FLORIDA LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our designs or content without our prior written permission.

Fltextile is an independent brand. Our designs are conceived and produced in-house and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party fashion house, luxury label or designer. Any resemblance to other brands is coincidental, and we do not imitate, replicate or trade on the marks of others.

7. Acceptable use

When using our site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Purchase products for resale as counterfeit, or otherwise misrepresent the origin, brand or authenticity of our goods.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems, or interfere with its security or operation.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape, harvest or overload the site.
• Infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of Fltextile or any third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, and refuse to process orders, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FASHION TEXTILE OF FLORIDA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any products purchased through it. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Warranties and disclaimer

We provide the site and its content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care to keep the site accurate and operational, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, our practices, or the law. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will take effect when posted; your continued use of the site after that point constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
